The place opens at 8. But the mechanics that does the job didn't came in until 10. Finally pulled me in about 12 than got done at 1. It took them a hr to print out my paperwork so I could go. Finally got out of there after 2 something. They got to do better. We got places to be too as truckers.

Pulled into Speedco and was the only one here. The guy pulls me in the bay and tells me how lucky I am that my company called ahead and had everything approved before I got there. I asked if they needed any information from me and he said no that everything was handled. After being here 30 minutes 2 other trucks had shown up and I went to look for him and asked again if there was anything they needed from me and he said no he was getting ready to start. 30 minutes later I go to look for him and he is under another trailer putting it on jack stands. I asked if he had to do that truck before he started on me and he said no I’m just jacking this one up. I said sir I’m not trying to be a jerk but I’ve been here an hour and I’m in a big hurry. 15 minutes later he starts on my truck… what is the point of the company calling ahead and getting everything done so you can get out of there fast and it takes almost two hours to change a tire?

Drove in for a flat tire. All I need is 1 flat tire replacement. 1hr pass hood open driver side door open no tire has been touch 2hrs later hood open driver side door open no tire. I ask why is my hood open. They told me is a courtesy inspection. I didn't ask for it. I asked them how much longer? They tell me 45 min. Why is my hood and my driver side door still open and they are back and forward snooping around. Keep in mind the drive tire is on the back of the semi. 2 hrs inspecting what exactly? If you ask the gardener to mow the loan but you catch him in the bedroom 2 hrs straight you're gonna have questions. The average price a tire goes from 300 to 400. They charge me 454.00 . 45 min passed we are at 3hrs Im still here

If you wanna waste your time here, go ahead, they take too long. They change my alternator they don't even expect it or check and see if it's the right vultures. Soon's I drive away. Start getting warning. High vultures came right back. They got busy with other trucks. Put me on, hold. How to wait until next day for them to get a new alternator? They work really slow here. I will not recommend this shop for any repairs. Probably just for oil change, small maintenance Repair.
